EmailSystem Backup.. Backing up the My Documents folder is easy.. But how do you backup your outlook? Find all the files ending in .pst on your system & copy them, that's how!
When you wisht to restore,
- Select"import" under the file menu,select
- Select Import from another program or file.
- Click Next.
- Highlight Personal Folder File (PST).
- Click Next again.
- Now use the Browse button to select the backup copy of the PST file you want to recover from your backup location.
- Make sure Replace duplicates with items imported is selected.
- Click Next.
- Finish the import process with Finish.

Remove Inane Questions
From regedit, go to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop section, select Key AutoEndTasks & set it to 1.
Reduce Wait time to end Out of Control Apps & Services
For services, go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control‘WaitToKillServiceTimeout’ section, select Key & set it to a lower number than it is now.
For Applications, go to the HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop\ section, select Key WaitToKillAppTimeout and HungAppTimeout & set it to a lower number than it is now.
